Mike Machogu
Mike Machogu has spent his entire career doing the unglamorous, precise work that real digital transformation actually requires — not learning AI from a course, but a decade of hands-on systems and process engineering.
He started as a Business System Analyst at Blendtech, analyzing manufacturing processes to find inefficiencies and translating business needs into system design specs. From there he became a Senior Business Consultant at Tamlin Software, where he implemented ERP systems end-to-end for outside clients: requirements gathering, system configuration, legacy data migration, testing, training, and go-live support. He then stepped into enterprise IT leadership as Director of Information Technology at Quality Sausage Company, owning digital transformation, systems integrations and automation, and cybersecurity for a multi-location manufacturing operation.
Since May 2022, Mike has run TrustMain Solutions and Consulting as a business consulting practice specializing in manufacturing and supply chain, digital transformation, and data analytics.
He doesn't just advise from the outside. Mike is co-founder and CFO of Elite Electric Company, which he's helped grow to over $2M in annual revenue, and founder of Elite Apprentice Academy, a non-profit training the next generation of electricians. He holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Wichita State University.
