Journeyman electrician mentoring an apprentice on an active jobsite

Flagship program · Apprenticeship OS

From “we should start an apprenticeship” to apprentices in the field.

Apprenticeship OS is an 11–12 week done-with-you program that gets trade contractors to a state-registered, IRS-recognized, RAPIDS-enrolled apprenticeship — with apprentices placed, not just paperwork filed.

The Program

Four overlapping phases, one continuous build.

Phases overlap on purpose — placement work begins while registration is still moving, so you aren't waiting on a single approval to make progress.

  1. Weeks 1–4

    Program Creation

Standards, sponsor entity, occupation framework, and the full document pack drafted for state submission.

  2. Weeks 3–6

    Productization

Turn the program into a repeatable offer: curriculum mapping, wage schedule, employer-facing collateral.

  3. Weeks 5–10

    Placement

Sourcing, screening, and placing apprentices — plus RAPIDS enrollment and onboarding workflows.

  4. Weeks 7–11

    Offer Creation

Package the program as a growth engine: grant-assist paths, partner pipeline, and long-term intake cadence.

Investment Paths

Path A or Path B — same program, different funding.

We keep the program identical. What changes is how it's paid for.

Path A — Self-funded

You fund the cohort directly, with installment options available. Fastest start, no dependency on external funding timelines, and full flexibility on scheduling.

Path B — Grant-assisted

We help identify and pursue state and federal workforce funding that can offset the cost of building your program. Timelines depend on the funding body.

Investment details are shared on your discovery call once we confirm fit.
